Black Forest is the first place that didn't try to take advantage of a woman. They were very courteous and very honest. They did the same work that the dealer would do for so much less.

There are many oil change places around that don't use factory oil filters. At Black Forest, you get the same factory parts that was made for my car. I always bring my BMW for all auto repair needs to Black Forest.
